Even if the power switch is on, this unit will NOT turn ON after a power interruption. If the device is off, you have to turn the switch off and on again to turn it back on. EXTREMELY difficult to pair. Cannot be undone. Be sure to get it right the first time, as pairing cannot be undone. Plus - Once you connect 2 headphones, they will work simultaneously. Minus - there is a sound delay. It's a VERY short distance. Same room, ok, 1 wall they start cutting. I bought this to replace my Avantree transmitter. 2 headsets can be connected, but you cannot use both at the same time. It pulsates back and forth between them. BUT, it has a much better range. 3 rooms before it shuts down.
