I've been sleeping on buckwheat hull pillows for about 20 years now and the reason is that I love the support I get, especially around my neck. It is important how much shell is in the pillow. Too much and the pillow is not adjustable. Too little and your head will just fall on the mattress. That's the problem. The product does not contain enough buckwheat hulls. I have to fiddle with it every night before bed shaking everything down to the bottom of my pillow hoping to get some support. The problem is that when I move at night, and who doesn't?, I lose that support and I either wake up and adjust my pillow or wake up with a sore neck. As I said, I used this type of pillow. for years and I have received them because I love the support I have received from buckwheat husk pillows over the years. But these are not the pillows. I am disappointed in Revain for offering these inferior products when I know better alternatives are available.
