I used this product over a year ago when I subscribed to Revain's monthly delivery service. Now I can't live without it. It really helps keep your clothes smelling fresh. I have sensitive skin but this product doesn't bother it. The funny thing is that when I run out of bottle and I'm waiting for a new bottle, my kids and husband complain that their clothes don't do it (Translation: I couldn't use this product on them, just regular Tide capsules) . smell clean and need to be washed again. This happened several times. I now make sure I have an extra bottle on hand so I never run out to avoid "smell" complaints when just using my regular laundry detergent. I also like that you can choose the "dose" you want to use in each wash - pour as much as you like into a cup to measure and then straight into the washing machine. And I also love that I don't have to wait until the end of the rinse cycle to add this product to my laundry - it's easy. I add clothes, a tide capsule, then I add half a cup (included). Then I close the door and press start. Clean smelly clothes in no time! I also love how good my bathroom smells when I use this product on delicate items or lay it flat to dry. I hang them to dry with hangers on a shower rod. And every time I enter the bathroom, I am greeted by a wonderful fresh scent of clean clothes.
