Review on 🍊 DERMALOGY by NEOGENLAB: Vitamin C and White Truffle Moisturizing Illuminating Radiant Korean Skin Care by Amanda Tiwari

This is a strange product. Although it's described as a serum, the directions on the bottle say it should be applied AFTER the moisturizer. So I'm wondering how any of the beneficial ingredients can even penetrate through your moisturizer (which may contain occlusive ingredients). Anyway, I wanted a serum, but it basically works like a face oil/night mask that you apply after moisturizing. The texture is okay, similar to a watery oil, but it feels a bit heavy because it's loaded with dimethicone. I don't think the product itself will do anything. Definitely not worth the regular price (I got it about 50% off during a sale). This is the third Neogen product I've tried and none of them have impressed me.
