The most useful feature I like about this software is that it helps me track my time easily to bill properly. It's also very easy to use when you are new to using an app. Sometimes, it takes too long before the screen loads or there are lag times while loading pages in between tasks which can be frustrating if your working at an important meeting etc. Also sometimes the phone will crash but not often so no big deal! Tracking is key for any business and having everything in one place saves us tons of paper, time and effort. We were able to get reports sent out quicker than ever with our previous system. Being able to keep all information together makes our jobs much easier!
