The most useful feature I like about this software is that it helps me track my time easily to bill properly. It's also very easy to use when you are new to using an app. Sometimes, it takes too long before the screen loads or there are lag times while loading pages in between tasks which can be frustrating if your working at an important meeting etc. Also sometimes the phone will crash but not often so no big deal! I like that our data can be accessed anytime anywhere even from an older phone without apps installed!
