I used it after my wife stopped using it. She didn't like it hanging around her neck, she said it gave her a headache. I didn't have the same problem. I bend it where I need it and often take it off. I wouldn't recommend wearing it for hours, but it's nice to rest your hands. Holds up very well. There is nothing to complain about in terms of processing quality. The size is suitable for most cell phones. I wouldn't use it for tablets, the weight makes you tired quickly.
