Cold weather not working in door
We've only had this dog door about 5 months and the door part has already failed. The photo shows what material the plastic is torn from at the attachment points. Temperatures dropped below 20 degrees at night last week. It seems to me that the cold could make the material more brittle. I bought this door because it looked solid and will hopefully last a while. Unfortunately it isn't. I hope I can only replace the swinging door and not the whole piece. I had to give that 1 star because the door went out of service so quickly.
