I recently started using a fountain pen. And we're starting to get back to work, so I thought I need a good case to carry my pens to work. Some of these fountain pens can be quite expensive, so it's a good idea to have something to keep them safe. I came across this case and so far I'm happy with it. It's really nice and sturdy, which gives me some comfort because they don't bang into my pocket too hard. It's a bit thinner than expected so I don't have to put anything bulky in the opposite mesh pocket. from the side of the handle. I like the single elastic as it makes it easy to accommodate holds of different girths. For example, when I use my larger Conklin, I get three holds. Or if I supply some Lamys or TWSBI I can get four pens. And speaking of my smallest pilot, Kakuno, I can get five, although it gets a bit tight then. I think if you use more standard rollerball/ballpoint pens you could easily get five. I currently keep a couple of microfiber towels in a mesh case attached to my handles. Nothing happened to my pens on the floor, not even a drop of ink. In general, this is a good case. I'd like two things: 1) if the company makes a double-height suitcase with a divider so you can tuck in three or four more handles; 2) when the company made a double-wide case with two elastics so that three or four pens would fit in again. It's nice to have. I just wish I carried more than four pens in a suitcase every day.
