Review on Escort MAX360C Laser Radar Detector: WiFi, Bluetooth Enabled, 🚔 360° Protection, Long Range, Voice Alerts, OLED Display, Live, Black by Jay Williams

Lots of bad reviews about this speed camera detector but it worked perfectly for me. Bluetooth connects as soon as I get in the car, and Wi-Fi instantly connects to my home Wi-Fi when I drive into the garage. The device immediately downloaded the latest database and firmware files when I set up Wi-Fi for the first time. I have a false alarm from the grocery store on my way to work and after passing it multiple times the 360c learned the location and stopped notifying me as I passed the store. I can't speak to customer service which many complain about as I didn't have to contact CS. I HOPE these bad reviews aren't true as it would be a shame to sully such a good product with bad CS and the company's indifference that many reviews have claimed to have experienced. I almost went with the Uniden r3 but I liked the specs of the 360c so I took a chance and went with that one. I'm glad I did. UPDATE: The radar detector still works as described in my original review. I had a question and contacted support. Unfortunately, everything bad they write about this CS company seems to be true. I gave them a week to respond before writing this update and I have received nothing from them in return. As the bad reputation of escorts not answering clients questions is spreading all over the internet I can't believe upper management doesn't know this is happening and they just don't care. Unbelievable! I'm reducing my rating from 5 to 3 stars as customer service is so important and escort literally doesn't exist.
