Review on Enindel by Troy Palmer

In search of premium barware, wine glasses, tableware, and cooking utensils, I recently shopped at Enindel's web store. Customer service was the single most disappointing aspect of my interaction with this business. Several things were broken and unusable when my shipment arrived. The procedure of getting a refund or replacement from Enindel's customer service was extremely frustrating, so I did so right away. Long amounts of time were spent on hold, and when I did get through, the representative was uninformed and uncaring. Worse, the replacements I received for the broken ones were just as low-quality as the ones I had originally bought. I tried to get in touch with customer support once more, but they were unhelpful and unresponsive. Enindel's online shop was a huge letdown for me because of their unhelpful customer service and subpar quality. If you're looking for a dependable and high-quality shopping experience, try elsewhere.
