Works fine but no instructions and you'll want to yell for help online when it doesn't work properly initially. If you want to power this from the same 5V supply from your Arduino you will need to remove the single jumper across the other pins. You also need to leave jumpers on both sides. Finally, make sure you send VCC through the left terminal. Discovering these requirements was like trying to decipher a combination lock. In terms of quality, the heat sink is nice and big, but makes it a bit difficult to install the module in a small space. The screw terminals are a bit loose and sloppy on the board which means they will move when using the screws. The mounting holes for the circuit board require an M2 fastener. Otherwise it works well and I'm happy with the result.
