My original rating was 1 star - why? because I connected my Ipad and iPhone to charge. I was excited. The hub died 24 hours later. However, it was MY fault. I didn't understand that this is a hub, not a charger. I contacted Derek at Sabrent who apologized (although it wasn't his fault, I'm a stupid, clueless consumer) and told me about the different charging options. He told me about the Sabrent Multiport Charger and was able to offer it to me at a discount. I returned the original hub to Amazon, but I was very impressed with Sabrent's relationship with consumers and their diligence in helping non-technical consumers. In the future I will choose Sabrent products for their customer service. If you need a hub - choose a 4-port hub, if you want to charge multiple devices - get the Sabrent device listed below.
