This fits just like what you see on the product photos. It’s retro style and has a tight fit, but it’s flattering. Think like you’re an administrative professional on Mad Men ;). The only down side is I have long arms and the sleeves are about 2 inches too short - I got the full length sleeve version. It’s not quite 3/4 sleeve, just too short. And yet the overall dress length is quite long, well past my knees. It still looks ok since I’m 5”9, but may not be great for a shorter height. Overall, I recommend this.
