We use HBW for all of our bond issuances, as well as general corporate matters. They are very responsive to client needs, understand complex legal issues that arise from their work in this area, and deliver high quality advice at reasonable rates. Their staff is always professional when dealing with clients or internal colleagues. I have not had an experience where I felt they were unresponsive or out-of-touch with what we needed. At times it can be difficult to find someone knowledgeable about certain types of financing structures, but these problems usually resolve themselves after some discussion.
