It took a little effort to stretch it to the desired size. Each end has grommets that attach to small hooks on the underside of the board. I had to pull a little to get it tight enough to get the loops on the hooks. But at first I thought it was good as it fits snugly on the drum. But before I even finished the installation, the grommet on one side started to pull out of the fabric! So too tight! There are velcro straps which are NOT the main attachment method, they just help keep the tail down. But at least on my board I can't use velcro as they prevent the board from closing properly. But that doesn't matter and I just cut off the tabs. It's not a big problem. The fact that the loop is already starting to stretch is a big problem!
