This plastic case fits my Acer C720 perfectly. In the picture it looks pink, in real it is translucent red. I think the grayish tint of the Chromebook in the photo makes the case look pinker than it really is. There are no instructions, but they are not needed. The case is quite thin, which leads me to believe that it is mainly decorative, only protecting the body and sides from scratches and small bumps. I also picked up a neoprene sleeve to give my Chromebook extra protection and make it easier to carry. I use Otterbox products for my other portable electronics (iPad, iPod, cell phones) so it took me a minute to adjust my expectations. However, I appreciate the fact that the small chassis adds little to the weight of my Chromebook. The kickstand is a nice touch: those little fold-out plastic legs elevate the back of the device, making it easier to tap on it and see the monitor. There are no foam or felt pads on the legs, but there are two small foam pads on the front of the base that should keep the Chromebook from sliding and scratching my desk. Pros: Attractive, lightweight, easy (intuitive) installation, convenient foldable stands, protect device from minor scratches/bumps/dirt. Cons: The protection seems to be mostly cosmetic - if I buy an extra Chromebook for my girls I'll need something sturdier to protect it.
