Super adorable panda hat, not for super cold weather
We are very happy with the attractiveness of this hat for my 9 year old daughter. It's not exactly for the cold eastern North Carolina winters as it barely falls over the ears and feels more like a crochet than a lined and tight knit for cold weather. But it's perfect for the cooler days of the mid 50's and 60's, but not the 40's and under.
