Bought after trying the Louisville Slugger Swing Rep for the first time. Our choice was limited to one or the other SKLZ Hit-A Way. I should have bought that first. We have been using the Louisville Slugger Swing Rep batting station for 3 days and have had problems with the ball "bouncing" after the shot. It worked great the first night, but the elastic seemed to have worn out and the ball wasn't bouncing properly. Decided to send it back and basically traded it in for a SKLZ Hit-A Way. This works much better. Forces the batsman to focus on hitting a moving ball. The pitch settings remain fixed and do not change until you change them. Also much more durable. Of course, it's heavy due to the increased strength, but that's to be expected. However, it is still easy to get around. Very easy setup right out of the box. Installation took less than 45 minutes, absolute bonus! Try it, you won't be disappointed! FOLLOW-UP: Fast follow-up. Contacted SKLZ support with a question about the ball. Explained that we had this unit for a little over 2 weeks. The baseball was a little out of shape, but I did mention that this thing was mostly potted by half the minor league team. I just tried to order a new ball and cable but not only did they cover it with a warranty claim as it was only used 2 weeks, they also sent 2 replacements! How can you not love it? 2 thumbs up!
