These ingredients are DIM and DHEA. The other ingredients are on par with most competing products and what you would expect in a testosterone supplement. I found the preparation to be well tolerated with no significant side effects. I like the combination of ingredients that allows me to take less supplements overall, but the requirement to take 3 capsules makes all the difference. The price is comparable to other competing products, but you get 2 months instead of the 1 month that most competing products offer. Overall I like the ingredient list and I think this supplement is worth taking.
