I tried COUNTERNESS headphones. Why? I have a weird obsession with trying every pair of headphones on the market. I've tried Astro A40 with Mixamp, Gen 3 A50, Steelseries Arctis 3, Razer Kraken, Razer Thresher Ultimates and more. What is the difference? They are easy. They work. You buy them, open the box, take out the headphones, plug in the USB receiver and that's it. You will work. The ear pads are a bit stiff at first. Give them a week or two and they'll soften up. This headset is very light and very comfortable. My favorite feature out of these? MIC MONITORING IS AMAZING. So if you press and hold the mic mute button for three seconds, mic monitoring will turn on, and best of all, THE VOLUME DOESN'T CHANGE. Microphone monitoring stays at the same volume no matter how much game or chat volume is running through the headset. It works and works perfectly. The battery is phenomenal. I can play a full week before those bad boys have to recharge. I really can't say enough good things about this headset. The wireless connection is fine, with no noticeable lag, and they're definitely loud enough. I would call it. The PERFECT wireless headset.
