Not for Baofeng in the CB and radio

The product is a little larger than I expected. My Baofeng UV-5R+ only fits with extended battery. I think this bag is too big. The battle flag is not sewn to the pouch as shown in the description, which is also a shame. Flag sent is much larger than 3" x 2" Bag measures 1 1/2" x 3 3/4" x 5".

Great radio case. - Pockets

The radio pocket has two Velcro straps that keep the elastic strap closed to hold the radio in place. Inside and outside of the bag there are Velcro fasteners to securely fix the elastic band. The bag also comes with an American flag patch on velcro for decoration on the outside. This radio case holds my radio securely and allows you to remove it quickly and easily.

Doesn't fit Baofeng UV-5R

I was looking for a holster for one of my Baofeng UV-5Rs. It had great reviews so I took it. In this case, the UV-5R literally hovers with the extended battery. With a normal battery it sinks and I thought I lost it a little. It's a good body, well built and nothing wrong with the quality or finish, just doesn't match the Baofeng UV-5R.

Weak but holds what you need.

Essentially a pocket large enough to hold radios of various sizes. So it's a thin material, a woven fabric about 1/16 inch thick. The elastic strap keeps your radio secure, but due to the size of the case, your radio will dangle when you run. I ended up keeping it on my vest and using it to wear surgical masks while my radio became my duty belt again.

Great Zebra Ticker Writer Holder!

Haven't used this for a radio but was looking for something to fit Zebra ticket recorders and this radio holder worked great. I ripped off all the straps as they are held on with velcro. Very happy with it as the molle works great with the 5.11 patrol pouch with built in molle webbing. Cleans the bag well and I don't look for the author of the tickets all over my branch.

Surprisingly easy to handle

To be honest I wasn't expecting much as all I needed was a portable radio case with MOLLE connectors but this one proved surprisingly effective for what it did. The top strap fastens with two square hooks along the lace closure. One square hook goes in the pocket and the other goes outside as the cord can be tightened to hold the radio. Enough space for antennas, cables and everything to do with the radio. The delivery was much earlier than the expected date (delivery from Eurasia). It also…

This is a heavy duty nylon construction and very well stitched. It should stand up to years of use and be easy to clean with water and air dry (complete drying may take several days). Adjustable straps like paracord should last for many years if not manually stretched with each use. They can also be exchanged if necessary. The weakest part of the holster is the Velcro system. This is a fairly cheap material that works well for a while but then starts to fail. That's when you end up replacing…

Default strength. If you don't walk a lot, work, or have to turn your radio off all the time, that's fine. I work in security, where I'm very active, I travel a lot and have to get out the radio after every shift. This caused the Velcro to wear out. I had it for about 2 1/2 weeks. The buttons for fastening the seat belt are permanently released. All in all, this is a decent radio holster if you don't need to move it around a lot.
