I am disappointed with the description that it is leather. While that may be the case on the inside, the outside is a rubberized material. If I take a step back and look at it as a whole I would say that this is a beautiful cover. I just received it so I can't comment on durability. The iPad fits in very well, feels secure. Some have said their iPad doesn't fit properly, but maybe the manufacturer made some adjustments as I would say it fits perfectly. As mentioned earlier, the corners of the iPad are not protected if you accidentally drop it. You need to change the insertion point to the inner edge and protect the outer corners. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 just because the description is misleading. If the product is okay, describe it in plain language that is not misleading. Am I going to send it back? no A really good cover to be honest if you weren't expecting skin
