I’ve used Hypr several times now when planning events at my clients' facilities. The team has been amazing to deal with as well as providing exceptional customer service! They have helped us plan our event multiple ways so we could make sure it was exactly what we wanted before sending out an invite! There's not much I dislike about this software or their staff. If you're looking for something very specific (i.e., social media integration), be prepared to get your hands dirty by digging around online resources until you find what you need. Sometimes there are more complex setups that require some trial and error but their support team will help you along every step of the way if needed.
