I bought this for a trip to India two years ago and it worked great on a long trip. I have continued to use it for vacations and sleepovers with my family and it still looks brand new. I have double the amount of toiletries and keep my bag full so it's ready to go. It's well designed with pockets for both large and small toiletries and big enough for my hairspray and brushes in a compact space. Love all the pockets that hold my stuff perfectly as well as the open pocket for larger items like shampoo, shower gel, hairspray. . The only small issue is that sometimes the teeth of the zipper don't align properly when pulling the zipper around the pleats, so I have to open and close the zipper to get the teeth to align. I fill it to the brim so that might be part of the problem. I've never unzipped it, but I worry it might happen if I don't take the time to zip it back up so it's aligned. But not that big of a problem deducting a star.
