I like that we are able to track daily activities for our sales team in order to make sure they're doing their job as well as possible. It's also helpful if there is any confusion about what exactly needs to be done next. We have had trouble connecting some of the modules but Blue Line has made improvements in this area over time and continues to do so. Nothing really at this point! If you need reporting or analysis capabilities then definitely look into using this software package. Tracking leads and tracking tasks assigned/completed by reps. This helps us understand how much work each rep does per day.
