Review on Crest Charcoal Toothpaste Whitening Refreshing Oral Care by Kristin Morris

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Slightly different but works well

At least it doesn't blacken teeth. First thing I thought of when I saw charcoal and then squeezed out a little. Charcoal acts as a mild abrasive. Toothpaste is already slightly abrasive, and that's added to that. Think about it, this is a 3D white hippie crest. There may be some effectiveness of tea tree oil for gingivitis. Some RCT studies have found a benefit. Take this with a grain of salt as you don't know how much tea tree oil is in each serving of toothpaste. Consider it a taste unless otherwise noted. It has a slightly grainy texture, most likely due to the abrasiveness of the charcoal. However, this is not uncomfortable. If you press a little, the color becomes light black. However, it leaves no such color on the teeth. What I don't like is sodium fluoride. Don't get me wrong, I only brush with fluoridated toothpastes, but I usually use stannous fluoride, aka stannous fluoride, which is found in other toothpastes, mainly toothpastes for sensitive teeth like Crest Gumcare. Sodium fluoride dries out your mouth. I have a dry month overall, but in my experience there is a noticeable difference between sodium and stannous fluoride. Not bad overall, could help a little more than other standard grocery store toothpastes, but there's no jury if it's really that different. on the practice.
