This little thing worked very well. The plastic blade scraped off green lime and coral algae well. A metal blade was needed for tougher clean spots. I like that the corners of the plastic blade are rounded to protect the silicone around the edges of the aquarium. I use this little quarter inch thick glass scraper. The magnets are strong enough. I would give him five stars but he doesn't really swim. This is a really good product for the price.
