I was afraid the jacket and sleeves were going to be too long for my husband and that it would be too warm. My husband is 5 ft and thin, he6always worn extra layers in his other jackets. I'm surprised this jacket is the perfect length in sleeves and body, it keeps him warm and he likes how he doesnt have to wear layers. He's gotten jackets like this before but they were more puffy looking, wasn't as warm. He's happy and he loves it. I'm happy too.
