This is the most amazing gadget for anyone who sews. I had one that originally came with the sewing machine but somehow got lost over time. I missed it so much and when I saw it and at such a great price I had to buy it. Not only is it great for sewing on buttons, but for those of us repairing jeans or other items with thick seams, it allows you to sew those seams without breaking the needle or pulling the material through the presser foot. I only wish I had found it again when I still sewed a lot. You can bet I won't lose it!
