I was afraid this skirt might be too short but at 5'3" it hits mid-thigh. It's very soft and the belt is very cute, too bad that I wore it with a sweater that covered it.The cape is slimming and the fabric is warm for fall and winter.The quality is much better than I expected for the price.Goes true to size.
