I definitely recommend buying, I didnt notice any disadvantages.

Has pros:
Lightweight and comfortable. Very nice design. Very accurate cursor positioning in both Windows and games. Lots of settings. Holds a charge for a long time. Removable buttons.
Different cons:
I've only been using it for a short time but time will tell.
