Fits exactly like other adidas running shoes I own. I took them specifically for work where I'm on my feet all day. I wore sambas but you didn't have enough padding for the sole and by the end of the day my heels hurt. I've been wearing them for over a week and I really like them. No more sad healings. After the first 24 hours my ankles hurt a little where the top of the shoe meets the bottom front of my ankle. But after a few days I feel like they've broken in and don't bother me anymore. Small pads on either side of the back provide extra protection.
