Until I used them, I had no clear idea of how much each can hold. I knew I didn't need the biggest one to bake with, but I was hoping the other two would be smaller than they really are. The smallest is one of the sizes I wanted. Now I need to find a smaller shovel. I'm keeping them because the price I spent on these 3 packs is what I was planning to spend on just 1 scoop until I discovered them and I'll end up using the medium size. The smallest size fits a biscuit, but you can't fill it all the way and it's much easier to use than a spoon.
