Review on Nelson Rigg Trails Lite Motorcycle Black Motorcycle & Powersports by Cole Dutta

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Not too big, not too small.

I just picked up a KTM 890 Adventure R and needed something to store my keys, wallet, water bottles, sunglasses and whatever else I need for a short trip. This is the smallest tail bag from Nelson-Riggs but as you can see from the photos it's still quite large at 5 litres. The webbing is top notch and the waterproof zip looks like it will keep things dry if they get wet. The KTM 890 Adventure R is pretty big, and anything bigger or taller can prevent you from swinging your leg over a bike that's off the ground. This backpack isn't made for adventurers who bike thousands of miles every year, it's made for me, a rider who lives relatively close to home but rides trails and back roads.

Pros
  • KEY FEATURES: Rigid construction allows bag to retain its shape even when empty. To protect against dust and dirt, the bag is equipped with waterproof lockable zippers.
