Easy configuration, customization of forms as per requirement by using HTML5 feature in addition with CSS3 support which helps me save my time while creating Forms or Dashboards etc., Inbuilt Reporting System allows you create customized reports from scratch without any coding knowledge required at backend side only. - User Interface could be improved so that it would look more professional.- No Emailing option available within application itself if user forgets password then he/she has no other way but re-login again & contact Support Team through mail id provided during registration process (Which I think should have been there).
