This was a must have. My standard Poodle puppy is too big to carry in a bag and too small to walk around the street (he doesn't have all his vaccinations yet). I struggled with the idea of carrying it to and from the vet's office (I live in New York and the vet is walking distance). A note: the velcro at the top of the harness is not very strong. although it's holding up pretty well so far. You may need to replace the velcro when it wears out. I no longer have to carry him to the subway or to the vet. Yes, it gets me compliments and laughs, but sue me, I'm a fur mom!
