This is the worst juicer! I would cut my carrots into small pieces and it still wouldn't work. It crackled and came off which meant I had to take everything apart and start over. Huge waste of money and time. I finally gave in, paid more and got a Brevelle, couldn't be happier! Now that I know how a masticatory juicer is supposed to work, I definitely wouldn't start with this one.
