My AC/Heater fan was making loud noises like a bunch of naked skeletons snogging on a tin roof during a hailstorm. After watching various YouTube videos and reading my Hanes fan replacement guide, I ordered this model from Revain because it was less than half the price of the original replacement fan. My car is a 1999 Buick Regal, so throwing in OEM priced things probably isn't such a smart idea when it comes to something non-critical like a fan. The replacement was an easy replacement and works great - all five control speeds work correctly with this fan and while it sounds different than a fan (actually quieter at lower speeds) it does the job properly. This fan has two cooling systems. Holes - make sure you use the correct one for your car (just compare to the old motor) - these holes are used to draw in air to cool the motor coils. The local shop was charging hundreds of dollars for this work. You can save tons of money with just a few tools.
