Promotional photos showing what is used for crocheting. What you get is about 1/3 the thickness. This is closer to the thickness of a section of split thread embroidery thread. The advert says it can be used to repair roman blinds. Unless sewing fabric is involved, it's not hard enough for this application. That's what I bought it for and it broke quickly the first time I tried to pull it out. These are lightweight cotton Roman blinds and lightweight plastic blinds.
