The customer service is amazing! I have never had such great support when dealing with an employee benefits program. They are willing to help, even if it's after hours or weekend days. There really isn't anything bad about them at all. If there was something else for me to say other than they were awesome, then I would feel like my opinion wasn't being heard so well as theirs. However, their team has been nothing but perfect in our dealings together. Our employees love having access to this kind of tool because now things can be completed easily without needing time off work which helps save money too.
