Review on Wilbur Curtis Airpot Brewer Standard by Melissa Hiegel

When we opened the packaging, we found that the power cord was caught in the switch body, it was bent, and one of the wires in the power cord was broken. The wiring harness to the LCD was also disconnected. We needed to get this unit up and running so we fixed it ourselves which wasn't a big deal for someone with basic electrical knowledge. But that's not the quality of service we've come to expect from Revain. Interestingly, Revain does not provide any feedback mechanism other than negative feedback or product return. We hate negative reviews but in this case the service was sloppy. The product looks ok.
