Sorvi! It was well packaged but looked like it was broken or defective. Would only print part of it and when it was done it took a lot of fiddling with. The WiFi didn't work either. We've had the 5510 for years and it worked great, thought we'd upgrade when we bought the 5520. But no way. It's in a box in our garage and we bought a Canon from Walmart because returning large items is a hassle and in those cases they cost more than a new item. Just go to a store near you where you don't have to send returns. Our new Canon works great. HP is on the retreat!
