My rating is based on the professionalism and responsiveness of the seller. They went out of their way to help me, sent the item quickly and responded quickly to ensure my satisfaction. Unfortunately the product didn't suit my hair - it's too thick. Tried and adjusted - without success. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with the product now, but the company is top notch. Maybe this works for you. If they ever decide to create a super strong product for women with super strong thick curly natural hair I will be the first to buy it.
