Seagate has always been my go-to brand for hard disks. After a year with this model, however, I can declare without hesitation that I will never again purchase an HDD from this manufacturer. Almost immediately after the purchase, issues started popping up. For the course of its lifetime of use, it consistently acted as a significant performance bottleneck (it was the main disk). Any file opening, no matter how little, caused the operating system to freeze severely. The HDD was not recognized by the BIOS and the operating system froze for the first time a month after purchase. Currently, after being enabled for an entire year, it is routinely removed from the BIOS. If turning the computer off and on again doesn't work, try turning it off completely. Instead, he would have gone through enough pain to be able to hurl it out the window without regret.
