My only regret about this chair is that I didn't buy it sooner. I play a lot and spend a lot of time in my chair and have had my eye on this gaming chair for a while but couldn't bring myself to spend $350 on a chair. I saw KLIM start selling a gaming chair and was very impressed with their other gaming products I had purchased (microphone and gaming keyboard) so I decided to bite the bullet and give it a go to attempt. IMPRESSIVE! This chair is amazing. So comfortable. The lumbar support and especially the neck support is amazing. There is 1 lever to tilt the chair, a second lever to raise and lower the chair and a third lever is what I like best about this chair. You can adjust the backrest very precisely and then lock it. When I play, I sit with my neck against the neckrest and then adjust the rest of the chair to that position. This is a much more arched back position than what I used to play in my old chair, and is very comfortable and supportive when playing for long hours at a time. There are also 3 levers on each armrest to be able to precisely fix the most ideal position again. Armrest: 1. up and down 2. forward and back and 3. left and right. The ease and precision with which each position of the chair can be adjusted is the best I have seen. (12 parts, 10 steps). Large parts are already screwed together. The chair looks great and the packaging is nice and efficient. Very happy with this chair. Definitely pricey, but you get something great for a big price. If like me you spend a lot of time in your chair, I think it's worth it.
