Solid Deal on Nail Art & Polish
I'll start by saying I'm new to DIY manicure. But I have neither the time nor the money for salons. Here's my take: Compared to other brands, this is a solid deal. But mastering the technique takes PRACTICE. This is only my third attempt at stripes and I am more than happy with it than with regular polish. Proper preparation is just as important as the top coat.
