Extremely heavy duty luggage tag holders; much safer than just attaching paper labels. However, note that NCL is now sending peel-and-stick luggage tags to certain customers. And these tags are a whole different size. You can attach them to paper and put them in these holders, but the labels shipped are narrower and longer than these holders, which are really perfect for the ones you print at home.
