I bought this mainly for my wife because she loves to shower under these rain shower heads! And of course she's in love! I had to add 2 different extensions because I'm 6ft 6in and it wouldn't work for my height. The setting was very oriental and direct. Water comes out of all jets and the pressure is good. I have to say if you are expecting the water pressure to be the same as any old plain shower head then you are wrong. This is related to the name "rain shower". The water falls on you like rain, which is very good. Both my wife and I love this shower head. It is of very high quality and worth the price. I can definitely recommend.
