I used Teflon dental floss because it was the only dental floss I found that didn't tear or get stuck in my back teeth. However, my dentist told me that he does not do a good cleaning job, so all my efforts are not yielding the desired results. I need a thread that cleans well and does not crumble. After reading so many reviews I decided to purchase this product. I'm amazed at how well it's holding up. Yes, it's starting to loosen up in the very tight and jagged back molars, but I only go down a few inches before doing the next one. I might have some thread left over every two weeks. To be honest it far exceeded my expectations and I couldn't have been happier. Now this is the only thread I use.
